CANCELLATION POLICY

Hey! Life happens and I totally get that… please reach out to me 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule, that way we can get you back on the books for your relaxation sesh. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule within that time window, please note that a 50% cancellation fee will be charged, but the credit WILL be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Unfortunately, all no-call/ no-shows will be charged 100% of your appointment total. Thank you for understanding!
